Thanks for choosing Poseidon Diving Station online scuba diving  booking service. We want to make sure you’re aware of our Terms and conditions,   and Privacy policy, which together form the agreement for using our service. We refer to these collectively as our terms. Your booking on our website is dependent on your acceptance of these terms. If there’s anything you don’t agree with, please don’t proceed with your booking. By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted our terms. If there’s anything you’re unsure about or if you have questions about the product package or course, please get in touch with us.

When you make an offer to book any diving course or service at the suggested prices on our website, we’ll confirm this offer within  48 hours of receiving it. We won’t have a contract with you for supplying any course or services at the offered price until we’ve confirmed your booking and received the necessary payment (webxpay). If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out.

If you need to make changes to your booking before or after it starts,  our staff will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that you may be responsible for any cancellation fees, the cost of your new arrangements, and any additional expenses incurred by us in making the changes. These charges and costs will need to be paid locally.

Booking Request & Payments

Once we receive your booking request, we’ll promptly confirm the availability and send you a detailed email confirmation within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours, please check your SPAM folder or reach out to us directly. We’re here to help!( Whats APP +94 77 881 0766)

Online Payment 

At the conclusion of the booking process, the total booking amount will be charged to your account. Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see our payment confirmation in your inbox within 24 hours, please take a look in your SPAM folder or get in touch with us. Please note that we are not responsible for any cancellation fees.

Booking or Service validation

When you book a course or service through our online booking system, just remember that your booking will be valid for 6 months from the date you make the reservation. Also, be sure to pick the right diving station before choosing your dates. For diving adventures, head to South coast Hikkaduwa from November to April or East coast Nilaveli from April to October.

Cancellation and Refunding

  • Reservations canceled 45 days or more before the scheduled date are free of charge.
  • For cancellations made between 30 and 45 days before the reservation date, a fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations made between 10 and 30 days before the reservation date will incur a fee of 60% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the reservation date or in case of a No Show will result in full payment being charged.

Your reservation is only valid as per your confirmation. Under no circumstances can this reservation be transferred, exchanged, bartered, traded, or used as payment for other services unless confirmed by us in writing.
